Growing up with a mother who was an English teacher, I had many opportunities to travel abroad.
Through enjoying various cuisines and beverages around the world, I developed a passion for spreading my love for Japanese cuisines and beverages to a global audience.
This led me to a career with Japan’s largest beer manufacturer, which maintains business relations with about 800,000 restaurants across Japan.
